Snehal has an experience of over 3 decades in Hospitality and Allied businesses including Operations, Procurement and Sourcing for Hospitality and Hotel and Restaurant development. He has been in leadership roles since 1994 as General Manager and later on since 2005 in COO and then CEO roles.
A graduate of the prestigious Oberoi School of Hotel Management, he spent his initial 18 years with Oberoi Hotels and then with IHG group as GM before moving on to Yum Brands as COO and then CEO of the Western and Southern India Franchisee. He later went into Hotel Development with a Real Estate Co before setting up a MNC Restaurant Co in India. He then created a Hotel Brand called Vinnca and co-founded Vinca Hospitality Pvt Ltd in 2016.
He is a seasoned finance professional with over 18 years’ experience in corporate and structured finance across Banks and NBFCs. He has previously worked with TCS, Standard Chartered Bank and Edelweiss.
